Hotel Policies:

These are the general policies for this property: Hôtel du Le Pavillon Blois Centre.
As these policies may vary by room type, please also check room descriptions.

Arrival:
From 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (if arriving after 9:00 p.m. please contact the hotel)

Departure:
Until 11 a.m.

Cancellation:
If canceled up to 30 days before the arrival date, the hotel will not charge the credit card.

Cancellations are not possible during the July-August period.
In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge the 1st night’s stay to the credit card provided.

Child and extra bed:
A child under 2 years old stays free of charge for the use of bedding available in the parents’ room.
The extra bed and baby cot (€10) are only available on request and must be confirmed by the hotel.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

Bicycle garage:
The bicycle garage is available (at no extra charge)

Parking:
Free public parking and blue zone are available next to the hotel.

Instructions:
If your arrival is before 4 p.m., please contact the hotel for your luggage.

Credit cards accepted:
American Express, Visa, Euro/MasterCard, Carte Bleu
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card before the arrival date.
